OEA President and Vice President

Our Leadership

What does leadership look like? All of us.
41,000 members elect 1,100 delegates–who elect OEA's top officers, debate issues, and set OEA policy. Here are your leaders, making your voice heard.
OEA members statewide set Union policy, most notably through an annual Representative Assembly (RA) Meeting. Between Annual Meetings, the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee are OEA's top decision-making bodies.
