Our Members

Our union has a place for everyone.
From Baker City to Ashland, or Sun River to Portland, OEA supports educators in every career role as they work to help their students succeed.
OEA supports educators on their professional journey - whether you're just beginning your education instruction program or whether you've retired from education, we're here for you.

Aspiring Educators

OEA's Aspiring Educator program is a pre-professional organization for college and university students who plan to become teachers.

Certified Educators

Our nation’s educators work directly with students every day to ensure they have the skills they need to thrive inside and outside of the classroom.

Education Support Professionals

Oregon's Education Support Professionals (ESPs) work for students every day to ensure they have access to the tools and resources they need to succeed, and to ensure our schools and colleges are safe and clean places for students to learn.

Higher Education Faculty & Staff

The faculty and staff of Oregon's community colleges play a critical role in preparing students to enter the workforce with specialized training, and to achieve college degrees and certifications.

Retired Professionals

We're the organization that continues to fight for public education and for your rights in retirement. We can do more together than any of us can do alone.

Community Allies

Parents, families, and supporters are coming together to advocate for the public schools every student deserves.
